The size 6 is an adult or youth size 6, the foot size is the same, the difference is the shin height on an adult boot is an inch higher and the boot is a LOT heavier. This is technically considered a youth boot because of the shin height, from floor to top of the boot is 13.5 SIDI kids / youth / short letg flame boot size 6 (EU 39), They are in great shape with lots of life left.
